TSR were instructed to provide a Building Survey on behalf of a European investment client acquiring an interest in properties within the World Trade Centre complex.
Our client required a building condition survey of offices, restaurants and retail premises within the complex which also included an underground bicycle garage for 1200 cycles. Constructed in 1985 and subsequently extended in 2002-2004, the World Trade Centre provides 125,000 sqm of office space.
Working with other specialist disciplines such as environmental consultants and building services engineers, TSR provided a complete survey which addressed all aspects of the client property risk in the transaction.
