Land in Willenhall with the potential to be developed, subject to planning, has sold for in excess of the asking price.

The site at 17 Rose Hill, approximately 0.26 acres of open yard space, has been snapped up by a local scaffolding company.

Martin Zaki, who handled the sale for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “The land stimulated much interest from potential purchasers once it became available.

“It’s well located close to Willenhall town centre, just 3.7 miles west of Wolverhampton city centre, and also provides close connectivity to the Midlands motorway network.

“We invited offers in excess of £175,000 and are pleased to have completed a sale to a local scaffolding company.”
