A Staffordshire garage site, identified as a potential residential plot, has been acquired by a local developer.
Offers in the region of £120,000 were invited by Towler Shaw Roberts for 17 garage buildings at 1-17 Badgers End, Wheaton Aston.
The site extends in total to 0.27 acres (0.109 hectares).
Martin Zaki, who finalised the sale for TSR, said: “The site is well located in Wheaton Aston among residential housing, so potential development into additional residential accommodation would not be out of place for the surroundings, subject to planning.
“There is access for pedestrians and vehicles off Badgers End, as well as additional pedestrian access leading to Ivetsy Road.
“Garage plots continue to prove very popular with developers, with this sale following on from a number of similar properties sold elsewhere in Staffordshire by TSR in Cheslyn Hay, Great Wyrley and Wombourne.”
