TSR were instructed to prepare photographic Schedules of Condition on a portfolio of eight properties across the West Midlands.

The properties were of varying construction type, size, condition and age varying from Victorian properties to modern offices. The Schedules documented the internal and external condition of the property ensuring that accurate information regarding the layout and condition of the building services were also captured.

TSR were able to provide several surveyors to meet the client’s timescale requirements and deliver all the Schedules within a short period of time to prevent delays in completing the leases.
