Loan Security

Whether valuing a single property or complex portfolio, our expertise in local markets, supported by external property databases means we can provide accurate valuations which form a major part of financial decisions for lenders.

Towler Shaw Roberts have Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover of £5m and are on the valuation panels of most of the major banks, including Barclays, Lloyds, Royal Bank of Scotland, Nat West, Handelsbanken, Allied Irish Bank and Co-operative Bank.

Pension Fund Valuations

We provide independent capital and rental valuations for pension fund purposes, in particular relating to Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPS). Our valuation reports meet the strict requirements of both the funds and those of HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).


Statutory Valuations

Towler Shaw Roberts provide valuations for a variety of tax purposes including Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Inheritance Tax (Probate) helping clients plan strategically and accurately, and manage taxation and legal obligations.

We also provide charities with valuations allowing them to meet their regulatory duties relating to property transactions in line with the Charities Act.

Compulsory Purchase and Compensation

We act for property owners and occupiers affected by infrastructure and regeneration schemes, ensuring they are fairly compensated in the event of a Compulsory Purchase Order.
