Toby Shaw, a partner at commercial property specialists Towler Shaw Roberts, has been recognised as one of the leading dealmakers in the region by a top industry leaderboard.

He was second in the annual EG Radius On-Demand Rankings for the top individual dealmakers in the West Midlands during 2023.

Having completed 57 deals across all sectors this year, Mr Shaw’s record was highlighted by EG, national specialists in the commercial real estate industry.

“It’s been another very good and exceptionally busy year,” he said. “This recognition just demonstrates what a proactive business we continue to be.

“We have a very good team that have ensured we have got so many deals done throughout 2023.

“There’s some big towns and cities in the West Midlands, so to be so high on the regional leaderboard is a real accolade for a Shropshire-based firm.”
