Roger Parry & Partners LLP has announced its acquisition with TSR (Towler Shaw Roberts), specialist commercial management and agency chartered surveyors, marking a significant step in the firm’s ongoing expansion strategy and strengthening its range of services across Shropshire, Mid & North Wales and the West Midlands, with offices in Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Telford, Oswestry and Welshpool.

The acquisition brings together two well-established and highly regarded property firms, combining their expertise to deliver a more integrated and comprehensive service to clients. All 50-plus existing TSR and Roger Parry & Partners LLP staff, including TSR’s directors, will be retained as part of the acquisition, ensuring continuity of leadership and maintaining strong client relationships.

The integration will bring together a broad range of complementary services under one umbrella, including planning, architectural services, surveying, valuation, commercial and residential sales and lettings. This unified approach will enable Roger Parry & Partners LLP with TSR to deliver a more comprehensive and streamlined service, while maintaining the high standards both firms are known for.
