A retail business which provides raw pet food is to be the latest addition to Willenhall’s Brackendale Shopping Centre.
It will open at 312 Stroud Avenue, a fully refurbished unit which extends in total to 789 sq ft.
It’s one of nine commercial shop units on the ground floor of a two-storey parade, with recently modernised residential accommodation above.
The Brackendale Shopping Centre, which benefits from 33 car parking spaces, also includes a supermarket, pharmacy, off licence, hair salon, florist, tanning salon, locksmith, dog groomers and a dessert shop.
Martin Zaki, who handled the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “The Brackendale Shooping Centre is a real success story and we have completed a number of lettings in recent years.
“The units front Stroud Avenue, a very busy through road and public transport route which serves a very large modern housing estate.
“We wish the new tenants well in what is a very well presented unit prominently located at the corner of the parade which also gives a splay frontage.”
