TSR acquired the property for the client and were appointed to provide full asset management service, collect rents, administer and collect service charge, undertake rent reviews and lease renewals, and market the vacant accommodation.
TSR are also managing the implementation of a planned maintenance programme to improve presentation, reduce ongoing maintenance costs and increase capital value of the premises. Our role also included a full review of site services and site plant and machinery assets, including appraisal of the cost/benefit of car park management schemes.
