A private investor has completed the purchase of a commercial investment in the Warwickshire town of Bedworth.

The property at 5-11 King Street comprises four retail units, with a total net internal floor area of 4,320 sq ft.

Offers in the region of £300,000 were invited by Towler Shaw Roberts.

Martin Zaki, who handled the sale for TSR, said: “The site is located on King Street, a popular and primary street in Bedworth town centre.

Bedworth train station is a five-minute walk to the east, with other transport links available nearby.
