Potential development site in Staffordshire village sold by TSR for above the asking price

A potential development site in the popular Staffordshire village of Coven has been sold to a private investor for in excess of the asking price.

Offers in the region of £150,000 had been invited by Towler Shaw Roberts for the site at 1-20 Sunset Close.

Extending to 0.16 acres, the site has the potential for commercial or residential development, subject to planning.

Martin Zaki, who handled the sale for TSR, said: “The site stimulated a high level of interest as a development opportunity and eventually sold for above the asking price.

“It’s well located in Coven, a popular residential village around six miles south of Wolverhampton city centre.

“The area also benefits from good connections to the Midlands motorway network as it’s approximately two miles from the M54.”
