A new restaurant is to open at former cafe premises in a prime location in Willenhall town centre.

The property at 42 Market Place, a ground floor cafe with storage on the upper floors, extends in total to 961 sq ft.

Martin Zaki, who handled the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “The property occupies a prominent position in Market Place and is set among a host of other retail units in the heart of Willenhall.

“We are pleased to have agreed a letting to the new restaurant business, set to open shortly, which will be another welcome addition to Willenhall town centre.”

The ground floor of the property extends to 597 sq ft, and includes a kitchen, dining area and WC facilities, with the upper floors, accessible via an internal staircase, used for storage purposes.
