A spacious ground floor retail unit in Wem’s High Street is to be transformed into a barber shop.
Bey Barbers has completed the letting of 17 High Street in the north Shropshire town.
Scheduled to open later this month, the barber shop will occupy a prime town centre location within a short walk of Wem’s main pay and display car park.
Yusef Aldogan, the manager of Bey Barbers, said: “We have two shops in Shrewsbury and have now decided to open one in Wem.”
The High Street premises, which extend in total to 1,395 sq ft, include a large glazed display frontage.
Josh Hyde, who handled the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, added: “The business already has two barber shops in Shrewsbury and this is their first step of expanding into another Shropshire town.
“We wish Bey Barbers them every success in their new premises in Wem town centre.”
Bey Barbers have shops in both Castle Foregate and Castle Street in Shrewsbury.
