The company has completed the purchase of Compass House, Shrewsbury Road, Prees, which provides well-appointed modern office accommodation.
Prees Developments Limited was represented by Nathan Fern of Andrew Dixon & Company who commented: ‘Prees Developments Limited purchased Compass House with the intention of leasing the office to one of their existing occupiers on Prees Industrial Estate to enable them to expand their business’.
Toby Shaw, who handled the sale for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “The property attracted a good level of interest and we are pleased to have completed a sale to Prees Developments Limited.
“It’s conveniently located just off the A49, about five miles south of Whitchurch, and fronts Prees Industrial Estate, an established business location on the edge of the village.
“The property is considered suitable for a variety of alternative commercial uses, subject to planning.”
