TSR provided a Reinstatement Cost Assessment to the owner of a multi-tenanted industrial estate on the outskirts of Shrewsbury. The estate comprises 13 units and has approximately 2,500 sqm of industrial warehousing.
Our client was seeking to renew their landlord building insurance cover and wanted to ensure that the policy sum was accurately calculated. To achieve this, our reinstatement cost assessment provided values for each unit which is reflected the different types of buildings at the estate.
The assessment report was provided to the client insurers and our client was able to achieve a saving against their previous policy costs.
