A logistics transport company has completed the letting of a versatile warehouse at a Wolverhampton industrial estate.
Towler Shaw Roberts handled the letting of Unit 18 Stafford Court, Stafford Road, with the open plan unit extending in total to approximately 5,200 sq ft.
TSR’s Martin Zaki said: “The unit is situated on a well-established industrial estate within a quarter of a mile of Junction 2 of the M54.
“It’s also close to the i54 Business Park, just under four and a half miles from Wolverhampton city centre, and is surrounded by both national and international businesses.
“Unit 18 generated a good level of interest and we are delighted to have completed a letting to a logistics transport company.”
Parking is also available at the Stafford Court site.
