A garage plot in a popular village near Wolverhampton has been sold to a local investor.
The site at 1-4 Battlefield Lane, Wombourne, located just off the main A449 Stourbridge Road, extends in total to approximately 0.06 acres.
Offers in the region of £30,000 had been invited by Towler Shaw Roberts.
Martin Zaki, who handled the sale for TSR, said: “The site incorporates four garage units in Wombourne, a popular residential village with good links to both Wolverhampton city centre and Stourbridge.
“It attracted a generous amount of interest and offers before a sale was agreed with a local investor.”
