A local care provider has completed the purchase of a commercial premises in Bilston.
The property at 9 Wellington Road, situated on the edge of Bilston town centre, is well served by public transport, with the Midland Metro Line a short distance away.
The move represents a relocation to a new permanent home for the care provider from its previous rented accommodation.
Offers in the region of £120,000 had been invited by Towler Shaw Roberts for the Wellington Road property.
Martin Zaki, who handled the sale for TSR, said: “It’s a terraced property which provides ground floor space of 1,552 sq ft and also has private parking.
“Fronting the main A41, that connects Bilston to Wolverhampton city centre around three miles away, the immediate surrounding area is predominantly residential.
“We are pleased to have completed a sale to a local care provider and wish them well in their new property.”
