A local company is to make prominent industrial premises near Wolverhampton city centre its new home.
The undisclosed company has completed the letting of Units 2-4, located on Moseley Street, just over one and a half miles from the city centre.
The property, which was marketed by Towler Shaw Roberts, extends in total to 3,035 sq ft.
Car parking is available to the front of the property, which resides alongside the A449 Stafford Road.
Martin Zaki, who handled the letting for TSR, said: “The property is prominently situated within an established commercial area of Wolverhampton and benefits from excellent transport links.
“Its strategic location just off the A449 provides convenient access to the M6 and M54 motorways, as well as useful connectivity to the wider Midlands area.
“The property came available due to the ending of the previous tenancy after 10 years of occupation. The property quickly attracted a high level of interest ahead of a letting being completed to a local company. We wish them well in their new premises.”
