A local business has completed the purchase of industrial premises in Willenhall.

Unit 16 at the Owen Road Industrial Estate extends to 2,492 sq ft and benefits from both parking and external storage.

Offers in the region of £150,000 had been invited by Towler Shaw Roberts ahead of a sale being completed to an undisclosed local business.

Martin Zaki, who handled the sale for TSR, said: “The terraced industrial unit sold is situated on the established Owen Road Industrial Estate in Willenhall, which provides excellent connectivity to major transport links.

“It generated a high level of interest, once again underlining the continued strong demand from businesses to acquire prominently located and well presented commercial units of this type.”

The Owen Road Industrial Estate is just under four and a half miles east of Wolverhampton city centre and about two and a half miles from Junction 10 of the M6 motorway.
