A private investor has completed the purchase of land in Great Wyrley as a residential development opportunity.
Land just off Alpha Way, a site extending to approximately 0.15 acres, was marketed by Towler Shaw Roberts, with offers in the region of £125,000 invited.
The site benefits from planning permission for two two-bedroom semi-detached houses to be built.
Martin Zaki, who handled the sale for TSR, said: “It’s an attractive residential opportunity and such was the level of interest, we agreed a sale to a private investor for in excess of the asking price.
“It is an illustration that opportunities of this type continue to generate much interest when they come to market.”
Located in a residential suburb, the land sold in Great Wyrley is close to the Midlands motorway network and just under three miles from Cannock’s Orbital Retail Park.
