A commercial yard with offices and workshop in Wolverhampton has been sold to a private investor.
Offers in the region of £475,000 had been invited by Towler Shaw Roberts for the property at Crown Street, which extends in total to approximately 0.48 acres (0.19 hectares).
Located just off the main Stafford Road, leading to Wolverhampton city centre, about a mile to the north, the site is situated among a range of industrial units in a popular commercial location.
The plot includes a two-storey detached brick-built building featuring various offices, along with kitchen and toilet facilities.
The ground floor incorporates a small office space, as well as workshop and storage facilities.
There is twin gated access from Crown Street, with the external concreted yard benefiting from a recently installed weighbridge.
Martin Zaki, who handled the sale for TSR, said: “The commercial yard with offices and workshop is conveniently located and it generated a good level of interest before we were pleased to finalise a sale to a private investor.”
