A private investor has completed their purchase of an industrial investment property in Willenhall.

Units 6-9 at Gilbert Enterprise Park, Ashmore Lake Way extend in total to approximately 4,515 sq ft.

The property was marketed by Towler Shaw Roberts with a price tag of £275,000.

Located on the corner of Ashmore Lake Way and Ashmore Lake Road, Gilbert Enterprise Park is situated within an established industrial area less than a mile north of Willenhall.

Junction 10 of the M6 motorway is about two miles away.

The property, divided into four industrial units, has been built with steel frames, with the majority having steel trussed roofs, lined internally.

The units have their own internal toilet facilities, as well as roller shutter door access from the communal drive way. Externally, there is a communal car parking area.
