An automotive company has completed the letting of a versatile warehouse in an established commercial area of Wolverhampton.
Unit 15 Stafford Court, Stafford Road, an industrial unit which totals approximately 3,945 sq ft, will be the company’s new home.
The letting was handled by Towler Shaw Roberts, who are now also marketing Unit 18 Stafford Court, an open plan warehouse unit which extends to approximately 5,200 sq ft.
The Stafford Court commercial estate is located within 0.25 miles of Junction 2 of the M54, providing access to the wider Midlands motorway network.
Wolverhampton city centre is just under four and half miles to the south, with the i54 Business Park one and a half miles miles to the west.
