A private local investor has snapped up a Wolverhampton city centre property let to multiple tenants.

The property at 46 Queen Street, which benefits from a prominent location, currently produces a total annual income of £43,154, with Towler Shaw Roberts completing the sale to its new owner.

The property’s ground floor commercial tenants are Johnny Spice, All Homemade Cakes and Smart Marketing Network Ltd, with additional first floor office space currently vacant and being marketed by TSR.

The commercial aspect of the premises generates an annual income of £37,754, with a further £5,400 produced from the letting of a residential flat.

“It attracted a good level of interest and we are pleased to have now completed a sale.
