An Italian restaurant is relocating to new premises in Shrewsbury town centre after completing the letting of a substantial four-storey property.
Osteria Da Paolo is moving from Hills Lane to reopen at nearby 58-59 Mardol.
The new premises extend in total to approximately 7,353 sq ft.
The property, previously home to another restaurant, benefits from a prominent location and provides versatile accommodation.
Toby Shaw, who handled the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “We are delighted to have completed a letting to Alessandro Degiorgio for the relocation of Osteria Da Paolo.
“The restaurant will be another excellent addition to Mardol in the heart of Shrewsbury town centre.
“It’s a substantial and attractive Grade II Listed property arranged over four floors.”
The premises occupy an established retailing position with frontages to both Mardol and Roushill.
It features extensive accommodation throughout, with the ground floor area, including kitchen space, in excess of 3,700 sq ft.
Customer toilets are located to the first floor, with ancillary staff accommodation extending over the first and second floor.
