TSR have completed the letting of the former Shrewsbury theatre, Wightman Hall located in the heart of Shrewsbury Town Centre.
TSR’s Toby Shaw said: “The Wightman Hall represents a unique commercial opportunity in the centre of Shrewsbury, with the property identified by the new Tenant as being ideal for their requirements.
“The new Occupiers will be announcing their exciting plans for the building in the near future.
“It will be another popular addition to Shrewsbury and we wish the company every success in their new premises.”
The property provides spacious period premises with a hall and gallery, which extends in total to approximately 3,552 sq ft.
Originally built as a meeting hall, Wightman Hall provides spacious open-plan accommodation, with a reception room, main hall and upper floor gallery viewing area to the rear.
Its features include ornate period ceiling, timber boarded floor and high-level stained glass windows.
The historic property was previously home to the Wightman Theatre, as well as being used as an antiques centre.
