The former Travis Perkins premises in Holyhead have been sold to MWJ Properties Limited.
The prominently located showroom/trade counter premises in Kingsland Road - which also features a separate warehouse unit, along with storage and extensive yard facilities - has development potential, subject to planning.
It provides versatile accommodation and extends in total to approximately 6,326 sq ft within a site area of 0.58 acres (0.23 hectares).
An elevated site with a gated entrance, it occupies a roadside location on the edge of the town centre close to all amenities.
Offers in the region of £350,000 had been invited by Towler Shaw Roberts for the substantial site.
