A business which sells frozen natural pet foods, as well as providing therapeutic and hydrotherapy facilities for pets, is moving to new premises in Shrewsbury’s Battlefield Enterprise Park.

Unit 8, Henry Close is to be the home of Raw Pet Food Shrewsbury and Wellwaters Small Animal Hydrotherapy and Holistic Centre.

The letting of the modern mid-terraced workshop/warehouse with offices was completed by Towler Shaw Roberts.

Toby Shaw, who handled the letting for TSR, said: “The property benefits from an established trade park location and forms part of Henry Close, a sought after cul-de-sac location within the popular and fast expanding Battlefield Enterprise Park.

“It’s the main commercial and industrial area of Shrewsbury, and close to the A49 and A5 trunk roads.

"The premises will be used for the storage and sale of frozen natural pet foods, while it will also provide therapeutic and hydrotherapy facilities for pets.

“We wish Rachel Rogers from Raw Pet Food Shrewsbury and Wellwaters Small Animal Hydrotherapy and Holistic Centre every success moving forward."

As well as the frozen raw pet food and treats shop at the front of the premises, the centre will feature separate rooms with a hydrotherapy pool, a hydro treadmill and a physio assessment and treatment room.

Providing well-appointed and versatile accommodation throughout, the property extends in total to approximately 2,390 sq ft.

Externally, the property benefits from ample forecourt car parking and loading facilities.
