A private investor who has completed the purchase of a versatile Willenhall industrial unit has retained Towler Shaw Roberts to let the property on his behalf.

Unit 10 at the Strawberry Lane Industrial Estate - which had a £250,000 price tag - has a new owner after the sale was handled by TSR.

It is now available to let for a rent of £20,000 per annum exclusive.
