Offers of £210,000 had been invited for the freehold of Unit 2 at the Waterside Industrial Estate on Ettingshall Road, with the level of interest leading to it eventually being sold for in excess of that figure.

The property, pictured, which extends to approximately 4,663 sq ft in total, including 732 sq ft of mezzanine floor level, is situated towards the rear of the industrial estate.
