Towler Shaw Roberts is marketing a collection of retail properties which are available to let in the Wolverhampton area.

TSR’s Martin Zaki says they occupy prominent locations either on the high street or in residential areas.

He said: “We have quite a collection of retail parades currently available to let. They range in both size and the rents that are required, with some from £6,000 per annum exclusive.

“The landlords are very accommodating and most of the units are available on flexible terms.

“They are all in prominent retail locations, with a mix of users in the other shops and units which are nearby.”

Unit 2 Clifton House, part of a busy retail parade on Wolverhampton’s Merridale Road, close to the city centre, is a prominent ground floor retail unit which extends to just under 405 sq ft.

The rent is £10,000 per annum exclusive at a site which recently benefited from a full redevelopment.

Premises at 39 High Street, Bilston, close to a mix of corporate and local occupiers, with free public car parks also nearby, expand to 3,092 sq ft.

The ground floor is currently a retail area, with the first floor an open space, which includes a small storage area and two toilets.

The building can be let separately or as a whole, with the rent £20,000 per annum exclusive for the whole premises, £16,000 for ground floor only (1,799 sq ft) and £7,000 for first floor only (1,293 sq ft).

TSR are marketing two retail properties in Wednesfield, including 5 Church Street, which occupies a prominent position in a busy town centre shopping parade, close to the Bentley Bridge retail park, with a large supermarket situated opposite.

The premises, which extend in total to 422 sq ft, comprise a ground floor shop unit, with two storage rooms and toilet facilities on the first floor. It is available for a rent of £6,500 per annum exclusive.

Also located in a town centre position in Wednesfield, 7 High Street extends to 613 sq ft. The premises feature a ground floor shop unit with rear storage room, first floor stores and offices, plus kitchen and toilet facilities.

The unit, which fronts onto the High Street and has car parking to the rear, is available for a rent of £7,000 per annum exclusive.

Meanwhile, three units on a prominent parade in Willenhall are also up to let, with incentives available for each.

The units at 306, 316 and 318 Stroud Avenue, between 661 and 680 sq ft, are located within the Brackendale Shopping Centre.

Situated on a very busy through road and public transport route which serves a large, modern housing estate, the units are part of a two-storey parade featuring nine commercial shop units on the ground floor, with residential accommodation above.

The units, available for a rent of £6,000 per annum exclusive, would require some refurbishment before being used, and there may be opportunities for double units.

They benefit from rear delivery access and have toilet facilities, with a customer car parking area, accessed off Stroud Avenue, providing 33 spaces.
