A local developer has completed the purchase of a garage site with the potential for development, subject to planning, in Great Wyrley.
The site at 66-79 Foxland Avenue in the Staffordshire village was marketed by Towler Shaw Roberts, with offers in the region of £80,000 invited.
Extending to 0.15 acres and covering 14 garages, the site is positioned among residential housing, close to local schools and retailers.
TSR’s Martin Zaki, responsible for the sale, said: “We have sold a number of similar garage plot sites in both Great Wyrley and Cheslyn Hay over the last two years.
“They continue to generate high levels of interest from developers as they are well located within residential suburbs and intended for residential conversion.”
