A Shropshire company which delivers a wide range of group activities for adults with learning disabilities has new premises in Wellington.
Great Expectations Shropshire has completed the letting of ground floor offices at 7 Queen Street, with the property to be used as an office and care facility.
Extending to 495 sq ft, the premises occupy a convenient location within an established residential and commercial area of the town.
Josh Hyde, who handled the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, added: “The well-appointed property, which forms part of an attractive terraced building, has a prominent position fronting Queen Street.
“The offices have been newly-refurbished to a modern standard and also benefit from having three car parking spaces at the rear of the property.
“It was identified by Great Expectations Shropshire as being ideal for their requirements.
“We wish them well as they relocate to their new premises to continue the work they do within the local community.”
Great Expectations Shropshire’s community-based provision focuses on personal growth, social engagement and independence in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Its new Queen Street home includes a reception area, individual offices, kitchenette and WC facilities.
