A garage plot in the Staffordshire village of Huntington with the potential for development, subject to planning, has been purchased by a local developer.

The plot at 1-10 Silver Birch Road is one of three similar sites marketed by Towler Shaw Roberts in the popular residential village just north of Cannock.

Offers of £55,000 had been invited by TSR for the plot now sold at Silver Birch Road, which extends in total to 0.08 acres (0.03 hectares).

TSR’s Martin Zaki said: “There’s a total of 28 garages available over the three garage plots, with each site having the potential for residential development, subject to planning.

“We have marketed three plots in Huntington, positioned along the A34 just north of Cannock and are pleased to have completed a sale of the plot at 1-10 Silver Birch Road. We now look forward to completing on the other sites in due course.

“We have sold a number of similar garage plots in Staffordshire in recent years and they continue to prove extremely popular with developers.”
