The former Teleport/Data Centre Site at Nesscliffe, near Shrewsbury, has a new owner after attracting in excess of 20 offers from potential buyers.
The property which comprises a secure commercial yard extending to approximately 1.063 acres (0.43 hectares), has been sold by Towler Shaw Roberts to a private individual.
Occupying a convenient location close to the A5 Nesscliffe Bypass, north west of Shrewsbury, the site benefits from a pleasant rural setting overlooking open countryside and offers scope for a variety of uses.
Toby Shaw, who handled the sale for TSR, said: “The site stimulated a phenomenal amount of interest resulting in best and final offers with over 20 bids received. The sale demonstrates the continuing strong demand for commercial sites of this nature, particularly those that are located close to good road links.
“It’s an interesting site given that it previously operated as a Teleport and Data Centre and it really grabbed people’s attention.”
