A prominent and versatile site in Wolverhampton, which used to be a coach depot for well renowned travel company Happy Times/Holyhead Travel, has been sold to a local developer by Towler Shaw Roberts.

Located at 158 Cannock Road, on the busy A460, three and a half miles from Wolverhampton city centre, the property, which has potential for development, occupies a total site area of 0.245 acres (0.099 hectares), with a total buildings floor area of 4,357 sq ft, with offers in the region of £350,000 invited by TSR.

The site includes a former detached residential dwelling, which acted as the operational office for the company, along with a commercial garage unit that provided storage and a repair centre for the coach fleet.

The property benefits from being surrounded by a generous amount of land.
