Eco Home Windows opens new showroom at Ellesmere’s Fullwood Business Park

A Shropshire company which specialise in supplying and installing premium, bespoke windows and doors has opened a new showroom at Ellesmere’s Fullwood Business Park.

Eco Home Windows has made Unit 9A at the refurbished business park its first home, with Towler Shaw Roberts handling the letting.

Extending to 1,108 sq ft, the unit, located off Grange Road in the north Shropshire town, underwent an impressive transformation ahead of its recent opening.

Paul Arnett, the owner of Eco Home Windows, said: “This is a new venture which started last October and we had been looking for the right location for our showroom.

“When they started to develop Fullwood Business Park, I looked into taking on some premises, so that’s why we waited a little bit longer than we would have expected because we wanted the right location.

“Living in Ellesmere and being on our doorstep, this is a prime spot for us, and the unit provided great scope to be transformed into a showroom.”

Eco Home Windows supplies products designed to enhance and improve the thermal efficiency of a property.

Paul added: “With only being around 10 minutes from Gobowen Station, we offer a service where people can travel by train and we will pick them up and bring them here, so we are trying to be as eco friendly as possible as that’s what our ethos is. We deal with a lot of architects and builders that are very conscious about being eco friendly.”

Toby Shaw, who handled the letting of the unit, said: “Fullwood Business Park continues to attract a wide new range of new tenants since being impressively developed by Triang Developments.

“The business park provides high-quality commercial units for north Shropshire, ranging in size from 900 sq ft to 12,260 sq ft.

“We are delighted to have completed a letting to Paul Artnett, the owner of Eco Home Windows, and we wish the company every success in their new premises.”

Fullwood Business Park is located on the site of Ellesmere’s substantial former Fullwood Packo factory, which was sold by Towler Shaw Roberts to Triang Developments Limited.
