A business involved in the motorsport industry has moved into new premises at an established industrial estate near Shrewsbury.

Diablo Motorsport Limited, which specialise in all aspects of Renault Sport performance, has completed the letting of Unit 8A at Lower Edgebold Estate, on the edge of the village of Hanwood.

The single-storey workshop/storage unit, which extends to 2,077 sq ft, provides open plan accommodation with a roller shutter loading door to the front, as well as shared on-site car parking.

Floyd Hollinshead, award-winning technician and director of Diablo Motorsport Limited, brings over 36 years of expertise in the motor industry, with a specialised focus on the Renault brand, particularly Renault Sport.

Josh Hyde, who handled the letting of the unit for Towler Shaw Roberts, added: “The property is situated within an established industrial estate just off the A488.

“It benefits from a good location on the edge of Hanwood while it’s three miles south west of Shrewsbury and also offers good access to Mid Wales and the West Midlands.
