A former karate school in Coseley is to be the new home of a local thriving dance academy.

Unit 3 at Biddings Lane occupies a prominent location within 250 yards of the A4123 Birmingham New Road, which provides access to the surrounding area, including Wolverhampton city centre.

The property, which comprises an open commercial space alongside internal offices, extends in total to 1,685 sq ft, and benefits from secure off-road parking.

Martin Zaki, who handled the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “The unit attracted plenty of interest in the short time it was on the market ahead of a letting being completed.

“It was identified by a dance academy as being ideal for their requirements, and we wish them well in their new Coseley premises.”
