An established Shropshire construction company has secured spacious new warehouse premises at Shrewsbury’s Harlescott Business Park as part of an expansion.

Groundwork contractors A & N Wardle Limited is in the process of relocating to Unit 2A at the industrial estate, located off Harlescott Lane, which was marketed by Towler Shaw Roberts.

The family-run business specialise in new builds, paving, drainage, landscaping and site preparation for both private and commercial projects across Shropshire and the surrounding area.

Adam Wardle, a director of the company, said: “We are relocating to Harlescott from Shawbury Industrial Estate. We are expanding, so need more room to store our materials and machinery.

“We have been looking for new premises and a new yard for a while.”

Unit 2A , which extends to 4,768 sq ft, comprises a large single-storey dual bay warehouse premises with separate trade counter, with integral office and staff facilities.

The warehouse includes a front roller loading doors, with each bay having a minimum internal eaves height of 3.8m.
