CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Recruiting and retaining the very best people for our team has been a priority since Towler Shaw Roberts launched in 1991.
It’s essential to providing our clients with the best possible service.
We are proud that our dedicated team of professionals has made us the region’s market-leading commercial property firm – and have helped our exciting growth plans become a reality.
In return, we offer everyone here the opportunity to build great careers with us. There’s a real focus on ongoing training and development as part of a genuinely supportive team.
The word ‘team’ is important. We’ve been described as friendly and close-knit, with everyone working together and helping each other to achieve shared goals.
Your commitment and hard work will be valued and rewarded. Your ideas will be listened to.
And your entrepreneurial spirit will help us take this progressive and forward-thinking firm still further.
In the words of partner Toby Shaw: “When surveyors join us, they often tell us how surprised they are at the sheer variety and quality of the work we do. You don’t need to be part of a big national firm to enjoy an interesting and diverse portfolio. Everyone here is a name, not a number. People get a chance to add real value to the business, stand out and be recognised.”
