A garage site in Cannock has been sold by Towler Shaw Roberts to a local business owner.

The plot at Catsbridge Lane, situated just off the A5, extends to 0.074 acres (0.03 hectares) and consists of five vacant garages. Offers in the region of £35,000 had been invited.

TSR’s Martin Zaki, who handled the sale, said: “Well located garage sites across Staffordshire continue to prove very attractive and we have sold a number of similar plots in recent years.

“Interest was once again high when the Catsbridge Lane site became available, with its prominent location just off the main A5 Watling Street, providing links to Junction 12 of the M6, adding to its overall appeal.

“We are pleased to have now completed a sale to an undisclosed local business owner.”
