Modern units at a mixed-use development in Telford have been sold in two off-market deals arranged by Towler Shaw Roberts.

Acting on behalf of a retained client, the properties comprise two investment opportunities at the prominently positioned Hadley Park Service Station and Trade Park, located next to the A442 on the north side of the Telford conurbation.

This modern development comprises a petrol filling station, drive-thru food outlet and six trade counter units including the likes of ScrewFix, Burker King and ASDA Express, on a site of 4.04 acres.

TSR has sold Unit 1, which extends to 2,530 sq ft, and is currently let to Brewers Decorating Centres, whilst Units 5 and 6, extending in total to a combined 8,391 sq ft, and let to Howdens, one of the UK’s largest joinery businesses, have also been sold.
