Assured Group, a company which specialises in vehicle preparation management, has completed the purchase of its second unit at Shrewsbury’s Battlefield Enterprise Park as part of an expansion.

The company has snapped up Unit 6, Knights Park, Hussey Road, a mid-terrace warehouse/commercial building which extends in total to 4,470 sq ft.

The modern unit provides versatile accommodation, including a warehouse with front roller shutter loading door, a reception area, ground and first floor offices, kitchenette and staff facilities.

It also benefits from on-site car parking and a loading area,

Josh Hyde, who handled the sale for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “Assured Group already occupy neighbouring Unit 7 at Knights Park, and purchasing Unit 6 now allows them to expand on site with extra storage and distribution space.

Offers in the region of £400,000 had been invited by Towler Shaw Roberts.
