A home decor company has completed the letting of a recently constructed workshop/storage unit at an established Shropshire industrial estate.
A new 3 year lease has been agreed on Unit 16c at the Malehurst Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Minsterley for storage and distribution purposes.
The premises, west of Shrewsbury, extend to approximately 483 sq ft and features an electric roller shutter loading door. It also benefits from allocated car parking and shared toilet facilities.
Amie Barter, who handled the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “This is a recently constructed single storey end of terrace workshop/storage building which forms one of three new commercial units.
“It was quickly identified by the new Tenant as being ideal for their storage and distribution purposes.”
