CRAIG HENN , BSc (Hons) MRICS Professional Associate
Craig graduated in 1996 with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Estate Management and a BTECNational Diploma in Construction from the University of West England in Bristol and was elected a Professional Member of the RICS in April 2001. Craig took over the management of the Telford office following ten years at the Shrewsbury office of TSR. Craig deals with all aspects of commercial property, but with an emphasis on the agency department. |

DAVID HEATH , Dip Est Man, FRICS Head of Valuation Services David qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1984 and now specialises in the provision of valuations for all types of commercial properties across a wide geographical area. Based at the Telford office, David has previous experience at commercial firms in the West MIdlands and latterly in North Staffordshire with Heywoods. David joined TSR in February 2008 and undertakes Red Book valuations, Landlord and Tenant work, Schedules of Condition and other associated professional work. |

ALASTAIR SIM , Assistant Surveyor Alastair joined the Shrewsbury office of TSR in May 2007 working alongside Toby Shaw in the Agency Department. Alastair is now working at the Telford office assisting Craig Henn in expanding the Agency department. Alastair is currently studying towards his degree in Estate Management at the University of Central England.
