Inovar Communications Ltd has moved to Unit 11 Park Plaza in the Battlefield Enterprise Park from the nearby Rural Enterprise Centre, with the letting completed by Towler Shaw Roberts.

The company are specialist independent publishers for the powder metallurgy and powder injection moulding industries.

A company which provides catering supplies has relocated from Welshpool to Shrewsbury’s Battlefield Enterprise Park.

Eric Neville Catering Supplies Ltd has completed the purchase of Unit 4 Vernon Drive, a modern trade counter-warehouse, which extends to approximately 3,724 sq ft.

The accommodation features a ground floor trade counter, office space and warehouse with roller shutter door. It was previously home to Edmundson Electrical.

Eric Neville Catering Supplies Ltd specialise in catering equipment and services having been established for more than 40 years ago.

Following very rapidly on from the successful opening of a new store in Wollaston, Compton Hospice has opened a further store in the Black Country, in Gornal, following the successful acquisition of the premises through the Wolverhampton office of Towler Shaw Roberts.

Being a former Barclays Bank, the accommodation extends to a total of 2,500sq ft plus on-site car parking.  With Ian Roberts of TSR negotiating the acquisition of the lease off a quoting rent of £20,000 per annum, Matt Davies of TSR advised Compton Hospice on condition.  Stuart Hodson of Underhill Langley and Wright handled legal documentation for the Hospice, and the shop fit out was dealt with by Topdraw Interiors.
